Equitrans shares computer systems and phone systems with its EQT Energy, LLC. affiliate. All EQT Corporation entities have access to common system applications and the common phone systems. Each entity's and each individual's access is restricted by password protection.

Equitrans will continue to maintain protections that ensure that personnel of its marketing affiliate do not have access to any databases or operating systems that contain non-affiliated shipper or transportation information.

Phone and voicemail systems are password protected and are maintained by a Telecommunications System Administrator, located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who is the only individual with the ability to change personal voicemail passwords, and cannot access personal voicemail data without the owner being aware of this occurrence.

Temporary Shared Facilities

Because of traffic concerns associated with the G20 Summit in Pittsburgh, for the period from September 20, 2009 to September 29, 2009, EQT Energy, LLC Gas Control Operations will share facilities with Equitrans Gas Control Operations at the Tepe Station, 2461 Ridge Road, Finleyville, PA 15332. The EQT Energy, LLC gas control employees will be physically separated from the Equitrans gas control employees and the EQT Energy employees access to the Equitrans workspace will be restricted.
