A non-affiliated shipper or prospective shipper authorized the pipeline to share its information with a Marketing or Energy Affiliate in the following circumstances. Equitrans did not provide any preferences, either operational or rate-related, in exchange for the shipper's consent to allow the pipeline to share such information.

CDX Gas, LLC - Effectuation of a transportation transaction involving capacity held by an energy affiliate of Equitrans.

Chesapeake Energy Corporation- Effectuation of a transportation transaction involving capacity held by an energy affiliate of Equitrans.

Interstate Natural Gas Company - Effectuation of a transportation transaction involving capacity held by an energy affiliate of Equitrans.

North Coast Energy - Effectuation of a transportation transaction involving capacity held by an energy affiliate of Equitrans.
